Prepare yourself for one of the most stunning white water rafting adventures in New Zealand!

Hop in a canoe or kayak and float back in time on the Whanganui River and learn about its early history. If you're keen to speed things up, you can jump in a jetboat and skim down (or up) the river at a slightly faster pace, giving you a broad overview of the river valley.

Our pools operate Dec-March. They are now CLOSED for the season.

Most of Ohakune's history revolves around the railways. Come and see the fascinating exhibits on the history of the railway.
