Tiger Palace is one of the only restaurants in NZ with a pay-what-you-feel concept. This not only gives everyone access to authentic oriental food but also allows individuals to test their own judgement. (Pay-what-you-feel is limited to 1 dish per table for dine-in or 1 per person for takeaway) We do not use Teflon kitchenware or microwave ovens.
Tiger Palace hosts weekly live
music nights which offer a "Harmony of Hope". There is a donation box
for diners to recognise their appreciation for the music while supporting a
good cause. Profits from pay-what-you-feel dishes and proceeds from “Harmony of
Hope” evenings go towards supporting Cancer patients.
