Kakahi Adventure Lodge

Our spacious, sunny and comfortable house is ideal for families and groups. There are 7 beds and a day bed as well. The master bedroom has an en-suite, and there's a separate bathroom too. Two living spaces, a cosy fire, heatpump, dining area and fully equipped kitchen make this house extremely functional and user friendly. We have authentic, 1970's decor that is lovingly looked after which gives our place a nice point of difference. We are just 2km away from world class fishing on both the Whakapapa and Whanganui rivers, many a happy fisherman. The usual adventures of this fantastic area are a short drive away, hiking, biking, kayaking, skiing, golfing, forgotten world, or simply sitting a reading in the beautiful sunny private lounges.
